Shon Boren is the Founder and CEO of NFI Solutions, Inc., a financial services organization dedicated to supporting independent agents in the annuity and life insurance marketplace.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Shon specializes in retirement income strategies, fixed annuities, and insurance distribution. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with independent advisors to help them grow their businesses and better serve their clients.
Before founding NFI Solutions, Shon co-owned and helped scale Precision Brokerage Group, building nationwide carrier partnerships and mentoring financial professionals across the country.
A former U.S. Army paratrooper, Shon credits his military service with shaping his leadership philosophy: discipline, resilience, and leading from the front.
At NFI Solutions, Shon’s focus is simple: help independent agents grow by providing strong case design support, responsive back-office operations, and access to leading carriers and solutions.

When I founded NFI Solutions, my goal was simple: build the kind of organization independent agents actually want to work with.
After years in the industry, I saw too many advisors dealing with slow support, limited product options, and organizations that tried to control how they ran their business. That never sat right with me. Independent agents deserve a partner that supports their success without trying to change their business model.
NFI was built to be that partner.
Our team focuses on helping agents close more annuity and life business by providing strong case design support, responsive back-office operations, and access to leading carriers and solutions. Advisors working with NFI maintain ownership of their book of business and the freedom to serve their clients the way they believe is best.
Many of the agents we work with today started by bringing us a single case. After experiencing the level of support our team provides, they chose to build a deeper relationship with NFI.

At NFI Solutions, Katharine plays a key role in supporting agents, strengthening relationships, and continuously improving operational efficiency. She is passionate about building a strong foundation that empowers teams, enhances collaboration, and drives sustainable growth.
Charles Lindberg is driven by a clear mission: to provide agents with the resources, tools, education, and support they need to succeed at every stage of their careers. He believes that strong partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow.
Born in Bedford, Texas, Charles brings a diverse professional background that includes medical device development, Army avionics, field service, and management. These experiences have shaped his steady, solutions-focused approach and his dedication to helping others move forward with confidence.
